Modern Slavery is the illegal exploitation of people for personal or commercial gain. The Modern Slavery Act 2015 acts to prevent Modern Slavery in all forms.

The Company has acted to ensure that there is no slavery, human trafficking or exploitation within the organisation or supply chain. The Company manages the risk of slavery and human trafficking through organisational policies, due diligence in employment procedures and training.

The Company is committed to continually act to identify slavery and human trafficking in every form and to take action to prevent any cases from occurring. All staff are trained on the Whistleblowing Policy, and the company promotes full disclosure and values of anti-oppressive practice to promote ethical social care as the core of our business activities. The Company Anti-slavery and Human Trafficking Policy is part of our commitment to a business with integrity and these standards are also expected of our supply chains.
